Services
Every service comes with a clear deliverable, a list of what we need from you and an honest description of its limits.
What we do
We analyse transactions across addresses and rebuild the chain of fund movements. We identify which exchanges, wallets and services received the funds, and estimate the chance of recovery — it depends on where the money ended up.
What we need from you
Your wallet address and the addresses the funds went to, transaction hashes, the date and approximate amount, and a short description of the incident: chats, links, screenshots.
What we don’t promise
We don’t guarantee recovery: only exchanges and law enforcement can freeze and return funds. The report can support an investigation if a police report has been filed.
What we do
We review the history of an address or transaction: where the funds came from, where they went, and any links to exchanges, mixers, bridges and sanctioned addresses. Suited for counterparty checks or screening your own funds.
What we need from you
An address or transaction hash, the network, and the purpose of the check: a deal, an exchange deposit, or a compliance request.
What we don’t promise
We don’t issue a legal opinion on the “cleanliness” of funds and can’t guarantee an exchange will accept them without extra checks — each platform has its own risk policy.
What we do
We prepare a timeline of operations, a diagram of fund movements, a list of addresses and transaction hashes, and an appendix with screenshots. We help you put together materials for a police report and a criminal case.
What we need from you
Everything you have on the incident: chats with the scammers, website links, wallet and exchange screenshots, statements, and the report number if one was already filed.
What we don’t promise
We don’t file the report for you or influence whether a case is opened. We don’t represent you in court — that requires an attorney in your jurisdiction.
What we do
We investigate why an account or funds were frozen, draft a claim to the exchange, support tickets and complaints to the regulator, and assemble documents for further legal representation.
What we need from you
The exchange name, account ID (never the password), support correspondence and their requests, deposit and withdrawal history, and documents on the source of funds.
What we don’t promise
We don’t guarantee unfreezing: the final decision belongs to the exchange or a court. We never ask for access to your account or log in on your behalf.
What we do
If the issuer froze USDT on your address, we find out why — most often it is a link to suspicious transactions. We prepare a well-grounded appeal to the issuer and, if needed, to law enforcement.
What we need from you
The wallet address, network (TRON, Ethereum, etc.), how the funds arrived, and documents on their origin.
What we don’t promise
We don’t guarantee unfreezing: the decision is made by the stablecoin issuer, usually at the request of law enforcement.
What we do
We recover the missing words when no more than 6 words of the seed phrase are lost and the rest are known: a BIP-39 dictionary search verified against your wallet address. The more words are missing and the less is known about their positions, the longer the search.
Important
We don’t work with wallets whose ownership hasn’t been proven.
First we make sure the wallet and the funds are yours — only then do we start searching for the words.
What we need from you
Proof the wallet is yours: the address, transaction history, source of funds. How many words you know and how many are missing, and the wallet type. The words themselves — only after a contract, over a secure channel.
What we don’t promise
We don’t take cases with more than 6 missing words or a fully lost seed phrase: it cannot be guessed or “hacked”. We don’t guarantee results when the positions of the missing words are unknown.
