01 · What data we collect
Your name, a contact (email, Telegram username or phone), a description of your situation and anything you choose to provide: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, exchange names, amounts and dates. Also technical data: your IP address and its country, browser details and how you found the site — the website that sent you, campaign tags (UTM) and click tags from Google and Facebook (gclid, fbclid).
02 · Why we use it
To assess your situation, contact you, prepare an offer and deliver services under a contract. Your IP address helps us guard against fraud: we may ask a specialised service whether a request comes through a VPN, proxy or Tor; this never affects whether we accept it. How you found the site matters to our marketing team: it shows which posts and ads really help people find us. We never sell your data, and the content of your request stays with us except as described in section 03.
03 · Who we share it with
Only Catenorix specialists working on your request and, with your consent, partner lawyers. To check an IP address we may pass it to a specialised service. If you allow analytics or marketing, Google and Meta receive details of your visit (see section 04). Data may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from government authorities.
04 · Cookies
Necessary cookies — the session, form protection and your choice in the banner — are always on: without them the site cannot send your request. The others run only with your consent. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): how many people visit the site and where they come from. Marketing — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and the Google Ads tag: they help our marketing team see which posts and ads bring people and requests to us (without the content of a request), and show our materials to people they may help. Google and Meta may process this information outside the EU, including in the United States. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.
05 · How to change your choice
Every page has a "Cookie settings" link at the bottom. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: analytics and marketing then stop loading, and their cookies on our site are deleted.
06 · How long we keep it
Request data: for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years, Meta Pixel and Google Ads cookies up to 90 days, unless you delete them sooner or withdraw consent.
07 · Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to analytics and marketing, by contacting us through the details listed on this website. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
